(Al-Qalam) 68 : 14
أَنْ كَانَ ذَا مَالٍ وَبَنِينَ
That is because he possesses wealth and children.
These Fujjar who have become aimless entrapped by Satan are leading a luxurious life here due to the reason that Impartial Allah has bestowed them with plenty of wealth and children. Through the verse 3: 196 Messenger and believers are commanded not to be deceived by seeing the strutting of the disbelievers in the country. See explanation 3: 7-10; 14: 28-30; and 46: 20.
